Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Inkso platform. By using Inkso, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

Inkso only collects data that users provide, specifically the Universal Profile from the Lukso network.

By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of your Universal Profile information in accordance with these Terms and the Inkso Privacy Policy.

Insignias on Inkso are public and include a picture of the customized signature created by the user.

Users can create signatures and send endorsements to other users on the Lukso network. Users may also bid for endorsements. The creator of the signature can accept or reject bids. If accepted, the endorsement is created as a paid endorsement.

Insignias are soulbound, meaning they cannot be transferred by the recipient to another user.

Users have the option to burn an insignia, removing the endorsement from the platform.

Users must not use the platform to spam or create offensive insignias. Inkso reserves the right to take action against users who violate these obligations, including but not limited to the removal of content and account suspension.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform, including the creation and distribution of endorsements, complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Inkso provides a decentralized platform for reputation management but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any endorsements. Scores on Inkso should not be used as a guarantee of safety or trustworthiness.

Users acknowledge that while endorsements can indicate positive behavior, they are not definitive indicators of a user's character or future actions.

Financial Risk Disclaimer: Inkso is not liable for any loss of funds or other financial losses incurred as a result of using the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from trusting a bad actor or participating in paid endorsements. Users are advised to exercise caution and conduct their own due diligence before engaging with other users on the platform.

Experimental Nature of the Platform: Inkso is currently a test platform designed to explore the potential of a decentralized reputation system. As such, it is provided "as is" without any warranties, and users should be aware of the experimental nature of the service.

Users are responsible for managing disputes independently. If a user becomes a bad actor or if there is a disagreement over an endorsement, users may choose to burn the related insignias.

Inkso does not mediate disputes between users and is not liable for any outcomes resulting from user interactions on the platform.

Users retain all intellectual property rights to the insignias they create on the Inkso platform.

By using the platform, you grant Inkso a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your insignias on the platform.

Inkso reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the platform. Your continued use of Inkso following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
